The owe me £ 5,000 since December 2023
This company owes me £ 5,000. After working on large and complicated projects for large companies with very tight deadlines, I've been fighting for the last 13 months to get paid!
They always offer the same excuse: they have problems with transactions and payments. I was tolerant and understanding for the first couple of months, since I truly believed they had some issues after changing the payment system, but everything they say is a lie. Its been almost over a year now and Im still waiting for my money! They offer payment schedules and failed to make the payments over and over again.
These people are scammers! Do not work with nor hire these thieves!

No payment
It's now been months since my invoice fell due for payment. I've been given promises after promises even by the CFO and now lately gone silent, These people are heartless.
Some of us have no other sources of income except through freelancing. They don't care if or not we can make ends meet.

Mission Translate : Hayder and Hawazen Al-Ani scam review
Yes, still waiting for full payment.
Mission Translate CEO Hayder , sister CFO Hawazen Al Ani and William Doug Powell owe tens of thousands of dollars to multiple vendors, contractors and other service providers globally. They're many months past due on multiple invoices and are unresponsive.
This is the 3rd company (eSense / Convocco / ALS (UK) Ltd) they've used to scam others with. Please see dozens of recent complaints on TrustPilot, Glassdoor, Reddit, ProZ, Google, Facebook, etc.
- Management team is not paying dozens of vendors contractors
Preferred solution: Full refund

They should be shut down
The brother and sister who run this company and fraudsters.
They do not pay their linguists, they do only care about themselves.
The company is run on outsourcing every service - so stop working with them and they will not have a business.
Their attitude is that you and your livlihood do not matter. They don't care what they do to people.

Resolved: They don’t pay freelance translators
I worked as a freelance translator and they owe me more than 1000 since last January. Their accounting team either provides useless answers or does not reply at all.

Resolved: They do no pay!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Sent several complaints.
They owe me more than 1000 as a freelance translator. Their RM are super kind to make you believe everything is fine, do not trust them and do not accept any work from them unless you enjoy working for free. Their accountancy department does not even answer your e-mails, disgraceful company.

They make you sweat and wait for ages to pay you
I'm sick and tired of this company which is incredibly fast when need something, and then takes forever to pay, where everybody answers with pompous and cerimonious emails, full of excuses and promises that are rarely kept. They always underpaid me, and now that I noticed and asked for compensation, they disappeared. DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AND BY ANY MEANS DON'T HIRE THEM!

I have been waiting for more than 10 months to receive the payment - still pending!
Same old problem: they reply by saying that they are experiencing issues with their financial department or ignore when they will be able to settle your invoices, poor communication, vague replies about unpaid invoices...

Disappointing Experience with Mission Translate – Payment Issues and Poor Communication
I regret to inform others about my negative experience with Mission Translate. Despite rendering services in September, I have yet to receive payment, which is a significant concern.
Repeated attempts to resolve this through emails have been met with silence, and calls to their accounts department only result in voicemail.
The lack of response is unprofessional and unacceptable. Their promised 4-6 week payment period has long passed without any explanation or effort to rectify the situation.
Given this experience, I fear they may not intend to pay at all.
We are seriously considering legal action to ensure payment for services rendered. I hope this review serves as a caution to others considering working with Mission Translate.
