Not happy with hotel
- - The clerk said the rooms were drug-free and bug-free.
- - They found trash, flies, and bugs and left.
- - Refunds were denied; Booking.com was contacted.
It was just very unpleasant when arrived ask the clerk if rooms are drug free and without bugs if so let me cancel it but answer was the rooms are good was waiting for my friend and when she arrived she came in and did not want to sit down I took a shower and saw her still standing she said that she doesn't like the place so I rolled the blanket down saw some trash and flies and some kind of bugs there I push them to the floor than my friend left and I walked out and took the key to office and told the man there that am totally unhappy if room is clean and man said no refunds reason I called booking .com there after my entire body start itching as result of dirty room
