7/3/23. 15 min b4 close I came into the Fredericksburg, VA restaurant.

They were out of quite a few items. I placed an order and while waiting, got a drink excusing myself as I passed a female employee whose complete upper body was laid where my food was to be served. Her legs were stretched completely open causing anyone to have to excuse themselves.. Upon returning, I suggested to the young lady her position was problematic and could be found offensive.

She ignored my statement and me. As a result I will never purchase from or recommend your restaurant to anyone.

I find it hard to believe any customer would not find the young woman's actions and response offensive. Please note: the security camera should accurately confirm NY view and the employee's positioning on the counter where food is being served.

Employee brought new puppy inside for other workers to greet, touching puppy while leaning over counter, (the cook). She did wash her hands, thankfully.

Brandon the manager, appears to be ok with it, until I expressed I didnt care to have my food and pet in the same counter space, I didnt order after the excuses from the manager, Im concerned he didnt think that was a health concern, his justification was pets are allowed. However it was the counter. I advised him I would contacting the Health Dept.

for forth understanding and to report the issue.
