I was refunded the entire amount of the original purchase on April 19th. If your intervention caused this refund I thank you sincerely.

I was credited the entire amount back to my credit card on 4/19/2020.If in fact my complaint to you had something to do with this refund I thank you sincerely.

Placed an order on the website of misscelia.com in 3rd week in March and never received it. Wrote numerous emails requesting cancellation and refund and received zero response. This company has no customer service phone number. I appears that this is a bogus company so BEWARE as they have ripped me off.

User's recommendation: Never send credit card info to this company.
