Company was contacted on the dress I purchased to return item. You only have 14 days to return.
I sent a ticket to return, no answer. I am sending the item back regardless of money back. Don't buy from them. They don't return messages back.
Unfortunately, the dress was not the color I wanted, never worn, and I am stuck with the bill. Buy USA and pay more; it's worth it.

I ordered a dress for my wedding with custom sizing.
The dress received was not the same pictured, nor is the fabric is stated it would be on the website (Charmuese has a sheen to it and is not stretchy). The sizing was also too big.
I spoke to someone online who said to contact the after sales team for a refund.
But the sales rep refused to refund the dress because I got custom sizing.
She offered $30 for alterations ( I dont know where you can get alterations for that price).
I replied with a photo of the alterations order, totally $400, as well as comparisons of the dress received and the one advertised, which show that mine had a belt (to cover messy seam work). No one has replied after two days.
Lesson: never trust online stores!

I ordered my wedding dress through Missacc website and my dress was sent to GoFo express instead of my address then i tried to communicate with them and they said that there was a problem delivering my order but they would not resend my order and i kept messaging them asking where is my order and no answer back and still did not get my wedding dress so i asked them to refund my money back and no reply either.

I CAN' T GET ANY HELP
I never resolved this matter. I wanted to return an outfit I ordered, but they wanted me to join something for$1, then pay a monthly fee.
I didn't want to do that.
I don't have a credit card and they could not take any other payment. So I'm stuck with this outfit that doesn't fit!

Hi. I’m sorry for your issues with Missacc.
I can’t even find an email address for Missacc to write to. The link doesn’t work. I tracked my shipment this morning and it stated that my dress was ‘handed to me’ at 2110 hrs last night. It wasn’t and hasn’t been delivered.
I’m trying to contact them.
