However, I didn't get an email from Miss to Mrs. Box confirming my order, and there's no account associated with my email address, although I ordered and signed up for emails.

If you could contact them, it would be great! Not happening!
I have emailed them at least 10 times and get no response. The shipping took over a month to get to me, and when I finally got the jacket, it is absolutely huge. I'm swimming in it! I would look great if it fit correctly!
But it doesn't! And no contact from the company makes me even more upset!

To begin with my daughter continuously received duplicate boxes and I was charged 40 whatever $49. I guess it was with the shipping and everything twice a month for I dont even know how many months I just now found out that she had been receiving duplicate boxes and sticking them in the closet!
And now she got married July 20 and for some reason, I just got billed for another box, it should have automatically stopped when she got married.
You have the date as July 20. And the fact that I cannot get a human being on the phone is unacceptable and unprofessional.!!!

I ordered their subscription box, and the items in the box were dollar store items. Customer service only let you reach out to them via email, so you are sitting around waiting for them to answer you.
I couldn't get into my account after ordering my subscription, so I couldn't manage my subscription.
I couldn't monitor if my package was on the way. Ultimately, it was a waste of money, and they're overcharging for dollar store items.

Trying to find out if the June box shipped recipient has not received it

I canceled through your website and now I see that another box is headed our way. I do not want this box.
Plus, if the box works to be kept, I was told that I would be charged the first box price, which I didnt get the discount and they said they would apply it to the second box. But I canceled so I shouldnt get it and I should have my money refunded please.
