Miracle Auto Painting, VERY poor customer service and attitudes

When I picked up my daughters car after Miracle Auto Painting in Chico, California I was appauled at the poor attitudes of the employees and worst of all, the owner. When I commented on all the overspray and remaining dents that were suppose to be fixed, they told me, "you're lucky it came out this good", and "we spent alot more time on the body work than we estimated". It was my understanding that an estimate is an estimate and they (the owner did the estimate) didn't estimate correctly, then it is their problem. When I stated this, the owner said, "I am very disappointed in you as a human being". I was livid. Substandard work is unproffessional and so was their defense. So, if you get a paint job from Miracle Auto Paint, don't ask any questions and please, don't point out that what they tell you before they paint your car does NOT match what you get. Do not expect a professional paint job and do not expect any type of pleasant customer service, and this, by the owner! Management 101?

Mr. Massey, owner of Miracle Auto Painting proves how poor of a business man he is.

I am the mother and was standing right there when he quoted the price and the job. We discussed at length what he planned on doing and how much it was going to cost. He doesn't even remember what happened but wrote about it on this page! When I am told one thing and then get another, you better believe I am going to question the work!!

His defensiveness is also proof positive. Perhaps he figures a woman and her daughter don't know enough about paint jobs to know when they've been ripped off?

Boo to Mr. Massey.

I am the owner referred to as unprofessional by shellvn. We did all the work authorized and requested by this gentleman\'s daughter.

We all deal with hostile and unpleasant people from time to time and this \"Dad\" was very dissapointing on all levels to everyone involved. The daughter requested and received a basic paint service.

Her dad was not around when the estimate was written. We did all the work we were contracted to complete by his daughter.

The Reno Miracle Auto Painting store closed in 2001. 12 years ago! How could your work have been done 2 1/2 years ago?

I was visiting a long time friend and his

wife in Reno and went to a Miracle auto

painting shop there. He worked for the U of

Nevada Reno and part of his job was to work

with Miracle for some body and paint work on

the campus shuttle buses. I have a dodge

pickup and talked to the shop mgr about

doing a paint job for me. The job came out

excellent and I was very happy, however now

some 2 years and 5 months later the paint

is chipping on one fender. Since I had the

work done the manger has passed suddenly and

that shop has closed. I stopped by the Yuba

City CA shop and was told that the Miracle

Auto Painting Corporation doesn't exist

and that they won't stand by the 3 year

warrenty I paid for. All shops are now

independently owned and operated. Not sure

that is true but I haven't seen anymore tv

commercials in a while so maybe it is true.

I will have to pay out of my pocket to them

or go elsewhere for the repair. I will not

give them anymore money or brag about the

great paint job that I originally got.

BEWARE !!!
