Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

I have made several orders with this company and the last 3 were problematic after having a few successful packages delivered. My first problem was a broken vape, and the 2nd one I had a package that did not arrive and now I have a another package/order that has been missing over a month. I ordered it on the last day of May and the next day I received an email that said it had shipped and then it completely just disappeared after a few days. The tracking numbers did not give me any helpful information, each website says something different, and I just cannot find any info. I have emailed Mi-Pod, I have left messages, and I have also tried to contact the apps, Shop and Route (it was protected with Routes shipping protection policy and they still cant get any information. At this point Im not even worried about the first two issues, I think they sent me a replacement for the broken one but honestly I cant remember. I know that they were responsive about that problem though. Im not sure why this time. Its so difficult to talk to anyone much less find my package or get a refund or replacements. If somebody who works for Mi-Pod can contact me that would be great. Please email me at lambada_favors0i@***.com
