My family member went to the minute clinic because they thought they had the flu. Unfortunately, the clinic didn't have flu test strips, but they had the nerve to charge a co-pay, and the weren't suppose too. If you are operating a minute clinic, please have the medical supplies available to serve the patient. If not, don't open your clinic. Attempted to have my son seen for a persistent cough. The registration screen was broken. Waited 10 min for help and still got no resolution. Disgusting service. Used to use target clinic before it was taken over by minute clinic. Zero issues with target clinic. Frustrating ! Read more

Signed in online at 2:05 and the text stated it was a 71 minute visit so I continued to work and did not bring my daughter until 3 to be there a few minutes early to sign in like it states. When the nurse practitioner came out, she greeted the gentleman by name and said it was good to see him again. I said that we were next in line on the Kisok. I've used minute clinic in the past for my son and never had an issue. However I went for myself tonight I showed up at 6:00 pm closing time was 7:30. There were 2 couples ahead of me for shots. I tried to check in and it said I couldn't that there wouldn't be enough time to see me. Another gentleman came after me and checked in no problem. I waited over 2 hours looking at thr wait list telling me 18 minutes. I went it for an upper respiratory infection caused by an asthma attack that happened over two weeks ago. What ever the medical professional that cvs employed informed me she could not prescribed me antibiotics or steroids or nebulizer treatmeants. That a respitatory is viral . I, too, have had a terrible experience with Minute Clinic. I am covered by two insurances and I still received a bill for around $85 !! I noticed on my statement that they didn't bill my primary insurance and that is why I'm receiving this bill. Like the others, I cannot wait on the phone with them for 45 minutes or longer. I went over my insurances before I was even seen so I'm not sure what the problem is but it does sound like fraud. I refuse... Read more

I received a bill for an appointment which stated that they contacted my insurance but was not covered. I called my insurance carrier and confirmed continued coverage and they stated that the claims recently submitted by Minute Clinic for flu shots went through with no issue. They have not received a claim for the appointment in question and asked that I contact Minute Clinic to verify that they have all of the correct insurance information and... Read more

I spent more than 50 minutes trying to reach them and they never answer the phone. Do they have one guy answering? what is it that they do not help? I guess so you just pay your bill online because you are so tired of their lack of what not... They suck big time... stay away from minute clinic by all means... Everything was fine until I was allergic to what they prescribed me. There is no direct number to call, it takes you to a call center that re routes you. I couldn't get ahold of anyone, I waited 3 separate times on the ohone for over 40 minutes and had to give up. I had to stop my meds thanks to my tounge swelling up with no help from them. My primary physician is trying to help but they never sent them the results so no one knows wtf is wrong... Read more
