Faulty Minut 3 noise moniter

The Minute 3 device won't charge. I have plugged it into 3 devices and it does not light up. I'm not comfortable going through a third party and giving them my credit card information to troubleshoot. I'm very frustrated; there is no customer service number in the US to call. Please provide me with the address to return the product. I also just paid an additional $120 plus $179 for the product. I want a refund back on my credit card. Do you have a prepaid label you can email for mailing the box back, please?
