Resolved: LOST Website file
We hired MintSocial to help us with social media efforts and to host our multiple company websites. The result of our experience was "lost files" that now requires us to rebuild the site at considerable effort and expense. The site was operating fine, until we decided to change hosting companies. When asked for the back up file, the file was not available to us and somehow "erased." Lost they said. Totally and suddenly gone. We suggest to other companies seeking social media advice and hosting services to select a company that has true technical skills combined with honest business ethics. Choose wisely.
