Mint Condition Reviews

I took my car in to have it detailed, when I picked it up there were big orange stains on my seats and floor. I was told they would disappear when it dries completely.

The stains never did and I when I said something to the owner they just insulted me and told me I should be sorry for complaining and that I am too "nick-picky" and that I will be spoken to harshly. I tried to have the stains removed professionally and they were able to get the stains out of the seat but not the floor and was told the only way to fix it is to have the carpets dyed. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau but Mint Condition would not cooperate and did not respond. They ruined my seats and told me it was my car however the professional detail shop advised me that some cars and materials need different chemicals and that it was most likely a combination from the Chemical and getting it way too wet.

I have tried numerous times to resolve the problem with Mint Condition but all they do is insult and threaten!!

If you look on the BBB website you will find other complaints as well as an F rating. If you actually care about your car and want to be treated professionally like a valued customer or even a customer at that I would think twice before using Mint Condition.
