Charged more the they quoted
- - Charged $31.15 vs $25.96; no refund.
- - Staff claimed $25.96; offered $2; order canceled yet delivered; refunds take time; unethical and fraudulent.
FRAUD: I ordered a Topacme ambience light this morning for $25.96. My CC immediately showed me the charge, which was $31.15.
I called customer service and I could actually talk with someone but they insisted they only charged $25.96 and verified that amount was correct. When I requested they refund the difference of around $6 or cancel my order, she offered a $2 discount!!! Sure, Ill take a $4 hit??? I finally ask that my order be cancelled, which she did butlll receive it 7/14.
So they can literally charge my card in seconds but I hv to wait 2 weeks for my refund.
They betting you wont check. unethical & Fraudulent.

Preferred solution: It’s not about the money, it’s only six dollars. It’s about arbitrarily increasing the price. I agreed upon and not willing to admit it just refund the difference to do anything about it. Only option cancel
