Are a horrendous company, I’ve been scammed by them also and am without my money being replaced and refunded. Placed an order on 28th May, my order arrived end of June.
The postage date was in fact 21st June!!! Although this wasn’t my original order. Then the order I was sent was so large it was like a tent. I’ve attached images of all the ridiculous communications on Instagram.
I intend on sharing my experience in every way I can using social media, trading standards will be informed to start an investigation, I’ll be talking to my bank regarding fraud and they can pass it onto the police, so that nobody ever has to go through what I’ve had to go through and waste their hard early money and valuable time by them breaching every consumer law. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Scammed!
So I paid for an item on 24th May, they said delivery would take a week. Still not received item & Im getting nowhere!
Asked for a refund & just get excuses. Now not replying to my messages.
Sadly I’ve been conned also! I’m going to stop this happening again, you can see my review attached, let’s hope other people see my reviews and we prevent more people being scammed!!!
