Scammed

Ordered something on 14 Dec which they said would send same day. Still waiting. Will not provide tracking number and keep saying its in post. Do not use.

My daughter ordered an item 4 weeks ago. Still not recieved it. Despite emails and messages. Nothing. No tracking number given. Just fobbed off with excuses of it will arrive tomorrow!!!! They are scammers.
