I love these phone cases. However, I ordered a case in a specific color and, after about six weeks, it turns out they produced and sent me something I did not order.
I brought this to their attention, and they assured me that they would make another case in the color I actually ordered. But after about another month, I never heard anything in regards to the replacement. I followed up about three separate times, and not once did they get back to me. They just ghosted.
Their customer service is horrible - not delivering on what they promised as a resolution to their problem. Just terrible.

Have not received my order
Placed an order for a phone case on May 29, 2019 received an email confirmation. It is now June 12, 2019 and have not received the phone case.
Tried calling you get an answering machine, send an email get no response. I would like a refund but can't get in touch with anyone.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
This has been ***. I ordered a notebook and it has taken almost a month to get to me.
I'm paying top dollar for a gift that now doesn't even matter as I've had to replace it since it's taken too long. My advice to anyong; STAY AWAY. They keep telling me this week or it takes 14 days, well it's been both and still nothing. I was offered a discount and I responded accepting.
Since then I haven't heard from them at all.
This has been a nightmare let me tell you... so upsetting from such an expensive company
Bad products, terrible shipping charges
It took nearly three weeks for me to receive my new iPhone case and then it was the wrong size. Basic shipping was $12 which is ridiculous.
Because it was personalized, they couldn't replace the phone I was told - I would have had to buy a new one at 50% off. Every time I would look at my phone, I would think about how annoyed I was and how I had paid $130 for the case in total if I had bought another one!
Very disappointing - also the case I did receive felt and looked very cheap. I'll buy an adorable case on Etsy for cheap shipping within a couple of days at 1/3 the price!
Shoddy products
I ordered an iphone 5 case with some of those flash sales sites credit, so I technically didn't pay full price which is about $60 something dollars including the preposterous shipping charges. I paid over $20 for a black case with white hearts.
The design on the back looks fine, but as the case wraps around the sides and edges the design looks warped and changes color from black to a horrid greenish hue with a cracked/stretched appearance.
I'd be very upset had I paid full price for their horrid work. Still consider it a loss though, there is noting special about this case.
NEVER RECEIVED PURCHASED ITEM FROM MINNIE AND EMMA
I bought some stationary items for my client and after 8 weeks have not received them. The owner emailed me a lame excuse about the order not meeting their "quality control" but it's been another 2 weeks and I still have't received the items.
I don't believe the story. I emailed her another two times, asking for at new tracking number and whether or not they have sent the items and she has completely stopped emailing me now. She said they would make the items and send it immediately but nothing. I spent 88 dollars for two monogramed notepads - VERY EXPENSIVE !!!
FOR WHAT THEY ARE !!! I would expect with such High-end prices, that their service would be top-notch. Very disappointed.
Owner seems flaky - as if she is not there all the time.
Never Received Order
I ordered two phone cases almost a month ago and I haven't heard anything or received the phone cases from them. I did get a confirmation when I placed my order but that was it.
There is no tracking on their site, so I can't even go that route. For $60 a case, one would assume they had decent customer service and a reasonable turn around time on their orders. They have neither.
Please, do not purchase anything from them unless you wish to never receive what you have purchased. Minnie and Emma is nothing but a sham site and does not produce what you order.
