Minnetonka - Defective product

My man bought slippers for me for Christmas. We got them at I 80 truck stop in Iowa.

They were nearly $70.00. I have worn them inside only around 15 times. The lace that goes around the top ankle part is no longer attached.

It's very disheartening for be. I specifically wanted minnetonka slippers and finally got a pair only to have them be bunk.

Make it impossible to exchange an item. Called the 800# 3 times and they hung up. Did a live chat, they wanted $5 to continue the chat. On line I had to sign in the confirm my email address, couldn’t

I have never received any communication from them. The product was shipped to the wrong address, they were notified. But apparently customer satisfaction means nothing.

I made an order and entered the wrong size. I needed to adjust my order. I received an email promptly fixing my problem and the order was delivered with the adjusted, correct size.

Offered me $500 for my shoes. But they I lost one when I was scared because people are being racist to Indians right now. And they had in their website that they were an Indian tribe. And Im Navajo.

Thats why I supported another tribe. And they arent even Indian. Or a tribe.

And now Im sad. And I feel like they stole money from me.
