I just don’t want people to waste time and get shut down like I did.

I called the downtown Saint Paul DVS office and was told they do walk ins so I went down there and was told by a young white boy who wax work front counter saying we cant take you because were limited staff. So I told him you totally suck and thanks for screwing me again. All Im saying is need to shut down the 445 Minnesota street because of poor service, unprofessional people until they can remodel it with more staff.

User's recommendation: Go to 200 university ave professional and perfect service.
