After paying the money to return the "parts" he made, I've now paid for and been approved to take him to small claims court in Minneapolis for the max allowable amount of $15000.00. He has had 4 months to communicate and return my money but absolutely refused.
When I finally got him on the phone, (new number after a move must have surprised him because before he would never answer) he said "we have no agreement" and hung up on me.I am now suing him for endangering my life and all the time and effort I've had to put into this. I am the caregiver for my 85 year old mother and I have to sue him remotely because I can't take the time to travel to Minneapolis
