Dear Mia:

Recently, I contacted you to replace the Lenovo computer with the replacement HP Elite Desk 800 as described in the below email of January 7th. It worked fine since activation.

However, yesterday, I simply created a backup of my system image on said HP Elite computer to a USB drive. This morning when my HP computer rebooted on the same C: drive, not the USB drive, and I opened the referenced software, it asked my for my serial number again.

Unfortunately, it would not activate using the exact same serial number (Ultimate License(844526-B78AA3-5C238E-7C8AA4).

Please help, as a simple migration of my OS should not render your product unregistered.

Destroyed my boot

You WANT more??? Ok literally hours spent trying to purchase product!! Damn!!
