The ODSP office on Sheppard is extremely aggravating. The workers at the front desk refuse to help people unless you run out of breath trying to speak to them, and they stare at everyone like they are trying to threaten them.
If you need to deal with the workers in this office, you should treat them with the utmost respect or the customer service will go downhill from there. What I like about this location is that the building is generally very well maintained.
I had to act very well below the workers at this location, and it was a pain to do so. I was feeling very hurt by the time I was going home.
