The hung up in my face and over charged me. Tonya and Jim were horrible to my wife and I.

Michelle at corporate tried to resolve it but she was very dismissive to us. I hate this location in Richmond texas and will never refer nor use them again.

They act very racist on the phone knowing we are out of the state. This should happen to no one.

Very upset customer

I had my storage for 2 or 3 months. I paid my balance with the manager over the phone .

I told rhat i had took everything out of my. Storage.

I did need anymore . To my surpise they have been charong my card on file the few months without my knowlage and Authorization I don't know what makes them think that it's OK just to charge my card with domino's the reservation station I want my money refunded to me well this is totally unacceptable I cannot believe this is happening please contact the manager at the Mini U storage on golden West street in California And correct this as soon as possible As far as I'm concerned that it's theft using my car without my authorization or my knowledge.

When I purchased my storage unit it was 98.00. They have increased my payment a few times with no heads up until I go in to pay and then I dont have enough money!!

My unit is now 140.00 for a small unit.

I will be moving it out with no recommendations for this place to anyone! Also the manager is very rude!!

Arrived to start unloading some itens. Looked for a cart in space they're supposed to he in.

Nothing there. Drove to front office. Girl xane out and i asked if she could find a cart for me to use. She was rude and said i just need to drive around until i find one.

So i left.

Carried utens one by one to the elevator,dragged them down the hall to my unit. Rude employee came up to the second floor and did not say a word.

I am a 68 year old female and it is 100 degrees today.

I should not have to have tried to find a cart myself...period.
