Poor Internet Customer Service (Austin Texas area)
Dear Mini Cooper Corporate HQ: Good Morning! My name is Mr. Mizraim"Chach"Velez. The reason why I am writing you is regarding Poor Internet Customer Service that I am experiencing with one of your Austin Texas employees. I am looking to purchase a 2021 Teal Mini Cooper (Manual) for my Partner (Mr. Brian Bussard) who is also a breast cancer survivor as well as has several other health related issues and this employee is trying to sell us a different type of vehicle.Not to mention that since my partner(Mr. Bussard) has several health related issues (Austism being one of them).he doesn't have any credit which is why I will be purchasing the vehicle for him in cash.I/We would prefer to have the color in Breast Cancer Pink if you have any in stock anywhere.Thank you for your time and consideration.
