Horrible customer service
- - A discount was offered for sharing email but was not applied at checkout.
- - No reply after sending a screenshot; I've bought their products for years.
I was offered a discount if I gave my email, so I did. When I went to check out, the discount was not offered.
I emailed and the reply I got was yes it was!
I replied back with a screenshot of the discount not being applied.
I never heard back. Sad because I have been buying their products for years..

Verified ReviewerIssues with metallic paint
- - Cleaned, rinsed, and primed with two coats.
- - One panel is perfect, but the other dried blotchy after washing and re-priming.
Im painting a cabinet that has 2 doors. Each door has a beautifully textured vinyl or leather inset panel on each of them.
I cleaned the entire piece.
Rinsed. After it dried I applied a water based primer. 2 coats waiting a couple hours between coats. I then painted the panels with FUSION Metallic Silver Paint.
One of the panels is perfect! The other one has dried completely blotchy! So I washed the panel with Dawn dish detergent and rinsed. I primed again.
2 coats waiting 2 hours between coats. I painted it with silver metallic again using the roller method.
It dried blotchy again! Im ready to pull my hair out!
