I never received my package

Mimm Peach
Mimm Peach advertised on a product on Facebook that supposedly repaired broken or cracked nails. I paid close to $20 for the product and basically received a bottle of base coat.
There were no instructions so I assumed I didn't need any.
I reached out to the company for a refund and they blew me off. The product was base coat and nothing more.
Preferred solution: Full refund
