I ordered a shirt from this store on July 9. It said it would be here in 2-11 days.

I live in the US, but my order was shipped from the UK, to the US, and back to the UK. Its been in Wellington for a month, and it says delivered. Clearly it never came, and I contacted the store owner three times for a response. She told me since she was at a pop up for her store in London, she would check when she came home for returns and she told me to call Royal Mail.

Calling Royal Mail would mean making an international call. I told her it wasnt worth the hassle and I wanted a refund.

She never gave me a response. Its now been two months since I ordered the shirt and most likely it will never be delivered.
