This is the worst Company you could work for NO sour Grape's here I quit The Company is Privately owned and the CEO is the owner his rule is NO Female employees his way is the way to do everything Only his pets are advance you can be qualified and that dose not matter No Company rules only his pets get raises and the work the hours they want to . The existing "Management UPPER and Plant Manager" know nothing about business Practice and only know they must please their boss Monthly sales area fake number to meet their Monthly Budget that's illegal .
The HR person is the Finicky Manager and approves the fake sales along with the CEO. I worked their 2 years to help the people in the plant that were their to do their job and wanted to help the Company The quality of their product is the result of inspecting the quality into the product not process of improvement
