I have worked and Manged many Company's successfully up to and including Operations Manager of business that have 30 million dollars of annual sales, as an experiment I worked as a Production Manager at Milwaukee Broach Company Milwaukee WI. This is what I learned in a YEAR. Their CEO DeBakker a very jealous unstable person runs his Company on fear, not an employee hand book. He dose not like you he will force you to resign, lies to employees only pays the ones he likes, lies to their Customers, inspects quality into their product and has an upper management staff that has no Business experience just be his rich friend, If you have or are working their you understand what I mean I confirmed what I already new that a business in today's environment must have employee environment and list to tier ideas because that is the only way they will survive the quotes of Price and delivery are as inaccurate as their attempt of management the finical are rigged for Month ends snapshot of the business for bankers review recording sales that are not complete for the month, EGO and insanity are the norms, why am I writing this so future employees know what Milwaukee Broach is and Future Customers know how un stable this Company is . After 1 year I walked into DeBakkers office and told him what I have written here

This is the worst Company you could work for NO sour Grape's here I quit The Company is Privately owned and the CEO is the owner his rule is NO Female employees his way is the way to do everything Only his pets are advance you can be qualified and that dose not matter No Company rules only his pets get raises and the work the hours they want to . The existing "Management UPPER and Plant Manager" know nothing about business Practice and only know they must please their boss Monthly sales area fake number to meet their Monthly Budget that's illegal . The HR person is the Finicky Manager and approves the fake sales along with the CEO. I worked their 2 years to help the people in the plant that were their to do their job and wanted to help the Company The quality of their product is the result of inspecting the quality into the product not process of improvement
