Concern
I started drinking Milos sweet tea about 6 months ago and I'm very happy with how good it is I do however have an issue with unscrewing the cap. I've bought at least 6 gallons of Milos tea over the past 6 months and with each one the cap was on so tight that neither me nor my husband could get it open.
We've just ended up cutting it off with a knife . Please look into why the lids are being screwed on so tightly.
I really don't want to switch to a different brand of sweet tea but if the problem continues I will have no choice as it's very frustrating trying to open the tea every time I buy it. Thank you .

2 gallons of sweet tea/ lemonnade
I purchased last week on thrusday with healthy benefits card one of each gallon to find seal already broken. At first I was thinking it happen in transport from the store to home.
The more I replayed the events in my mind it is virtually impossible. Just in case had to bring to your attention

Bug in my tea
I went to Walmart today 6/4/2022 and got the half gallon of the new Milos extra sweet tea. I drank half of the tea and poured another cup of it and when I poured it my cup what appears to be a spider Also poured into my cup.
Luckily this wasnt swallowed this could be a poisonous spider and could have hurt me or one of my family members if it had been swallowed. I would like to know how you would like to handle this cituation?
