Unfair Treatment

I purchased a custom couch for almost 3 thousand dollars in 2019- It came with a 6-year warranty. I was told everything was covered if springs broke or cushions needed restuffing. About a year in the springs broke in the center. They came out to my home to inspect it. took photos and set up a pickup day. They took the couch in October 2020. They did pick up the couch. However, I had to chase them on the phone every week or two to ask about when the couch would be ready. They told me they were working on it. Then a week later told me it was never picked up to go to the 3rd party manufacturer warehouse for repair. Then they told me due to covid they shut down the warehouse- a week later they told me they lost my couch. I asked for financial compensation and they offered 10% - I said I was not happy with that refund. They said this was not their fault - I contacted my personal attorney and he sent a letter asking about my couch. I took to my Facebook page to complain and they trolled my Facebook page and printed it to send to my attorney. They sent him a letter trying to bribe me they offered a 25% discount if I sign their paper and remove my Facebook comments. I refused and they refused to return my couch once it was ready. Mind you I paid in full for the couch. I contacted the AG and the BBB. Millspaugh drew up a false contract stating that the repair of the broken spring was not covered. I sent the AG and the BB a copy of my original contract clearly pointing out that the springs were 100% covered. They went on to tell the AG that they would give me 10% back as discussed. Then on the same day, they told the BBB they refuse to refund me anything at all. They have had my couch since October 19th, 2020 and as I write this it is February 28th, 2021. I still do not have my couch back, and it has been repaired a long while now. These people overcharge for their furniture, lie to their customers, troll customers on Facebook, and clearly just do not care at all. Save your money- You can go to Bob's for 1/4th price. The quality of their merchandise is the same.
