What a horrible company! Everything is peaches and cream when you contact them. You'll get a great rate and the agent will seem incredible. Be aware that once you've paid for your policy, the customer service stops cold and you will receive no help whatsoever if any errors occur or problems arise. The CEO, president, and vice president of operations absolutely will not return phone calls or e-mails. It makes you wonder when an agent can't be bothered about a business error, what will happen if you ever need to file a claim. A low rate doesn't mean anything when there's no service behind it. Wow, someone needs to tell Mills Insurance that this is the Great Recession, so they should value paying customers. It's not like Mills is the game in town.
