Wow, that sounds about right. I’m in the process of taking legal actions for what they did to me as well.

Please email me at millionmcomplaints@***.com if you like to join. I have already made other contacts and we are trying to put together a petition to present to Georgia Attorney General‘s consumer protection division.

We need everyone to come out and invoice their concerns so they can be stopped. Otherwise, they will continue to do this!

No title or return phone calls

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Original review updated May 08, 2025

I purchased a vehicle on Friday, February 28. I paid cash and did not receive my title until 10 weeks later.

I am very disappointed. The only positive was that everyone was friendly.

Pros:
  • People i dealt with were friendly
Cons:
  • Do not return phone calls
  • 10 weeks to get a title for a cash purchase

Preferred solution: Nothing now, I finally received my title for a vehicle I paid cash for 10 weeks later!

User's recommendation: Make sure you do your homework.

Bad car

AI Highlights
  • - Car broke down about 4 hours after purchase; engine locked up from no oil change.
  • - Dealer refused refund as-is; action underway; do not buy.

DO NOT BUY CARS AT THIS DEALER

We bought a car as a graduation gift for my son. He drove the car for about 4 hrs and the car broke down in middle of the road - the car just stopped, putting my Sons life in danger.

He called them to ask for our money back, with no answer, we kept trying and finally someone answers and they say we bought the car as is. They cant give us the money back, we are talking to a lawyers now to take legal action. No one should go through this! The car was not maintained properly (no oil change had been done) the oil was black and as a result the engine locked up and could no longer be driven.

DO NOT COME HERE. Very shady and unprofessional salesmen as well.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY CARS AT THIS PLACE

First off, the person that responded sounds like is one of them that probably works over there. These people are scammers, and criminals.

It sounds like you did no due diligence when making the purchase. Anyone that buys a used car with no warranty and doesn’t arrange for an inspection at their mechanic is asking for trouble. You could have left your car at the dealers as collateral while you had it inspected.

Dealer refused to honor sales agreement

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Deposited $500 on a VW Tiguan at Lawrenceville, GA.
  • - Next day I was told I couldn't buy it; the deposit would be returned.
  • - We had a written agreement.

Left a $500 deposit on a 2017 VW Tiguan at the Lawrenceville, Ga location. Next day was told I couldn't buy the car and my deposit would be returned.

Reason was they agreed to sell the car to cheap but if I would pay more then they would sell me the car. WE HAD A WRITTEN AGREEMENT!!! Totally unethical dealer.

Go somewhere else. Read all the bad reviews on line and at the BBB where this business gets an F rating.

Pros:
  • Nice sales people
Cons:
  • Unethical management and owner

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

Sold a faulty vehicle

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Battery failed 5 days after buying.
  • - Transmission failed 10 days after buying.
  • - Dealership refused fixes; offered $1,000 junkyard transmission.

We purchased a car from this used car dealership. Five days after we took it home we had to replace the battery and 10 days after we bought it the transmission needed replaced.

The dealership refused to admit the car's problems and would not make it right, only offering to find us a transmission from a junkyard if we paid them $1,000.

The manager would not stand up and talk to us and was very rude. The salesperson admitted he wouldn't have gotten the sale if he was honest about the car's issues and another salesperson yelled *** you" at us as we were leaving.

Loss:
$4500
Pros:
  • Priced low
Cons:
  • Dishonest dont notify of car issues rude

Preferred solution: Full refund

User's recommendation: Do not buy a car from this dealership

There's no telling when a starter goes out when a starter goes it's never under warranty that is a wear item when I worked at a brand new dealership selling brand new cars starters will go out on a car that only has two weeks brand new and the customer would only have the car for a few days and the starter will go out on a brand new car.
