Disusted
- Patches, an older dog, was told he can't return.
- The owner made the decision, communicated by staff.
- They were long-time customers for about 7 years.
We were told at the end of the day yesterday that our dog Patches was not allowed to come back to Million Dollar Dog because he was now a liability This message was delivered by a staff member but decided by the OWNER. We have been a good customer there for about 7 years and spent quite a bit of money there.
Patches is an older dog but was able to walk in and out on his own. He has not to our knowledge caused any problem there with other dogs or staff. We were shocked!!
We are not people that complain about anything, We have always gotten along well with the staff there. My point is, what is this saying??
The dog doesn't deserve to get a bath and grooming because he is OLD!! I would hate to be one of her older relatives!! I guess the owner is not one of the 66% that wouldn't trade their dog for a million dollars. or she might be until they get older!!
We were a lot surprised and a little hurt by this callus behavior at first. Now we are just pretty angry!!
This type of behavior shows how this owner really feels about your dog!!. It is just business and really your dog doesn't matter!!! We thought Patches was like family there.
Is this how she would treat one of her family members? I HOPE NOT!!
- Staff
- Owner lack of compassion for dogs
