I bought cookies at the Glasgow Buchanan Galleries site.
There was a problem with the card machine hanging up and I had to tap my card 5 times. When my bank statement arrived I had been charged twice.
I advised the staff at the Galleries site of this and was advised to contact you for a refund.
Preferred solution: Charged twice, would like 1 refund.
