I received excellent customer service from Millers Screen and Repair on August 20th!!! I went for sweeps for my screen doors around my pool area. The guy that helped me was so helpful and nice.!

Paid deposit for enclosure in November and was told project would be started after the holidays. Called them end of January to see when they would start project.
Poor customer service, they don't return phone calls, no explanations. Finally had to dispute credit card transaction in March to get deposit refunded. Thank goodness I didn't pay by check. Terrible company - avoid!
That pretty much sums it up.
Don't know why they couldn't just communicate with me if there was some sort of problem, but they didn't, and the whole process was pretty frustrating from my end. Now I have lost 4 month and have to start all over and find another company to do the job...
