HORRIBLE SERVICE
Horrible customer service. I called 5 x and filled out the form on line and could not get a call back.
This is the service you can expect from these clowns. I recommend Pincha penny or some other pool service company thats answers the phone or calls you back.

Take The Money and Run Situation
I paid $4000 to have my pool refinished and my pool light installed. The light was installed but it never worked.
I noticed the pool was losing water and I asked James the salesperson to come back and talk to me about it, but he said he was just an independent contractor and I would have to speak to Miller. He gave me a number to call Miller and his message box was full for days. Accordingly, I wrote him a demand letter which he never answered. I could not get anyone from sales or operations to come back and to meet with me poolside.
They completely blew me off. My next step is to take legal action

I've had the same negative experience with Miller's Marcite. They had done a terrible job 1st time and the Do Over wasn't any better.
Owner Dana Miller does not keep his word. DO NOT USE MILLER'S MARCITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
