They refused an extension even though I explained the circumstances so not a good review . In the trade myself Id do what I could to increase and maintain business I would be spending more than the card balance

To get my points added to My Reward Card

I went to Miller & Carter Washford Mill in Redditch on Sunday 22nd March 2026 for our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we enjoyed a very lovely meal with excellent service.
When I paid the bill with all the excitement I forgot to get my points added to my Reward Card.
The total amount of the bill was £217.15 which was paid at 18.12 on 22nd March 2026.
I shall be pleased if you could help rectify this situation and arrange for my points to be added to My Reward Card.

I had a birthday gift sent to me, but it went missing one day, so I am on this site as I am upset that I found it inside a set of drawers (fallen behind the drawers). The e-gift card number is: 628039****597949, and the copy PIN is 1678****.
Is there any possibility you could extend it for me? I would very much appreciate it, as it expired on the 13th of October 2025.
I know it is a big ask, but please know I would have gone and spent it if it hadn't gone missing. Regards, Diane Dorrington.

Theirs is no way of talking to a human being, unless they call you back which they dont. Very disappointing

- - -Booked Miller and Carter Glasgow for 8:15pm; arrived early, waited at bar, and left after 35 minutes as others were seated; service was disappointing.
Nothing has been done they viewed my post and there was no response.
Our booking was for 8.15pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seating at the bar and given a buzzer with a number. As it approached our booking time we thought we would have been seated soon as plenty of people had left. However, as time went on we saw other couples coming and being seated straight away.
A few people were sitting at the bar area after us and had also been told to wait for a table. We noticed that the people around us were all being seated at their table despite coming in after us. We had been waiting 35 mins after our booking time (8.50) when we decided to leave as the staff just kept walking past us, and we got fed up with waiting. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed with the standard of service especially in a place that's meant to offer everything at a high standard.
This used to be our favorite place to go for a special occasion/meal.
This experience has now put us off from coming back. I've experienced better customer service in a fast food place.
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Don't go to Miller and Carter in Glasgow at the weekend even if you have a booking. They will make you wait 35 mins after your booking time like a spare part

Vegetables were not. In fact Ive could not eat them It was extremely disappointing
