Millennium Trust - IRA ACCT TRANSFERRED FROM CAPITAL ONE
Customer Service (RUDE) If, I'm able to speak with someone. Plus the (Website is NOT USER friendly) It redirects to a Service not requested. The forms, I need has been unacceptable.

User's recommendation: If you have Funds $$ that has been transferred from another financial institution ask for hard copies from millennium. Do to the fact there (Website) isn't user-friendly.

Do you want to lose money?

Do NOT do business with this Millennium Trust (MT). They are deceitful & money hungry. My company went out of business & the organization that was holding our IRAs did an automatic transfer to MT. I can only suspect that MT pays kickbacks or something, because I don't understand why ANYONE would knowingly do business with this place. MT charges outrageous fees, even if all they're doing is holding your account & you do no activity. They charge a monthly maintenance fee (about which they never tell you). They charge $35 each to close accounts. They delay, delay & delay again the actual transference of your money -- probably because they longer they take, the more fees they can charge for 'maintaining' your account. I ended up losing money because of all their fees. I'm not kidding -- DO NOT give them your money.
