II I attende a presentation then sent in the voucher for the free trip. I didn't recieve a reply so I called them and was informed that they would NOT honor it because it wasn't sent regersteted mail it was received but said they would not honor it cause it was not sent registered mail. I bet they save thousands of dollars screwing potental clients.
