This company Owner Bruce Whitaker and his property managers work together on stealing money from big residential companies this company already took 60k from multiple companies and pay his way out
- - Bruce allegedly works with Medina, Rivera and Mendez.
- - They tell applicants not approved and push cash Section 8 vouchers, earning 60k in under a year.
The owner Bruce work together with some property managers Marisol Medina a police officer that got fired for abuse and fraud background and Emily Rivera, Nurelky Mendez, get people to buy the sec 8 vouchers in cash money on the side by telling the applicant they are not approved for what ever reason. All this has been reported before but the owner buy the people that know about it to keep silence together they all got more than 60k in less than a year!!! Everyone please stay away from this company
