Issues still going on in here CNAs Madison for three days last weekend nov 21,22,23 and before that verbal abuse from here to a high level shawn verbal abuse CNA too and another CNA laquita came back and hired but was fired because harassing me and patients in here and she almost push me two times on the floor and Madison and Shawn and others they hated meand nobody wants to come in the room and their taking advantage of me because they don't see my daughter coming here she has been here several times already this all they do is stand in front of my room and some of them and run there mouth and harass and call you bad names there is another issue in here and it seems some workers having a problem and asking me why don't I let a male CNA wash me I told them something almost happened to me and I ask for a female CNA not just me all female patients her ask for a female CNA to clean them that's our right who we want they have no right to disrespect usa one told me I need to get man that's disgusting this facility is horrible disgusting unholy unscrupulous dirty smelly disgrace they put bad ice cream on my tray claims it been sitting heck no this ice cream had ice balls in them that freezer burn and gummy sunk down that came out the freezer not sitting on table linens still smells bad and social assistant worker Nikki still not looking for another facility in my home town Charleston SC and she and schedule person zariah lied about transport and Nikki told me I have to pay to ride on transport and they don't go to Charleston SC lied again they do carry patients there to Charleston SC yeah this is the worst horrible disgusting disgrace harassing unholy facility I've ever seen I rate this facility 1.0 like someone wrote a DEN of LIARS their not getting better their getting worse than ever this facility is a disgrace I wouldn't tell nobody to come to this place .

On last Thursday October 16 2025 dhec came to millennium post acute care nursing home and we found out Nikki social assistant worker and schedule person zariah Harris was lying to me all the time since last year about this transport company can't come here YES they can and on the day dhec worker was here the same transport company they was talking about was picking three3 patients up to take to the doctor appointment I have already reported these two and their management included because they were trying to keep me in this nursing home for some money and don'tsee nobody coming to visit me and took advantage of it finally going to get my JAW disorder and serious dental work done at hospital in Charleston SC we still have a very few very few verbal attitude and now we have another issue nurse name sherelle second time harassing me patient saying stuff like I kick every body out of room LIES I do let CNAS change me LIES and I told her I never put them out she's not hearing my side at all and it's getting worse she fusses with the CNAs also and management does nothing I hearing patients bringing drugs in facility I don't know which one it is linen still smells bad and the vital cup they put on your arm is being put on other patient leg they might have rashes blisters etc and not cleaning the cup for the vital off if smells horrible food some of it taste like crap and four in a row claiming they can't come in the room because they are a den of LAZINESS and picking which patient to do and I'm also hearing homeless people hanging out side in front of this facility this facility is so worse beyond words I just put it in GOD'S HANDS still a few good workers left in here

The first issue might be solved the social worker sent the paperwork for a transfer to another facility in my home town Charleston SC so I can get the intensive dental care there . Other issue is with a bad nurse adurly a verbal abuse Veronica w.

and now going and now another CNA Brittany all on the night shift telling LIES about me a patient that I said I didn't want Brittany on my side this was Saturday 11 2025 this was started that night until Sunday morning before 7:00 am I call her three times to get diaper off and she ignored me and walked out of the room couple days later they told me I didn't want her on my side so out of these three workers somebody LYING THATisNEGLECTofApatientshe Brittany was changing me before with no problems then all of sudden she ignored me and this was going for four days I sat in URINE for three was still dry the fourth day morning shift cnas had to wash me off and now there is a another CNA titiana same night shift these three on and they still trying to put Veronica w. back on my side same on dec 14 ,2024 pull up a diaper by FORCE two times I thinking this is to time consuming for these workers I named and it will take a while to change me actually with me it don't take that long this is NEGLECT ON A PATIENT making excuses and got to put a LIE with it to cover their LAZINESS as I said before there are still good workers in here this beengoingONin here for years LIE and say we don't want them in the room and chart out and put that famous word down a onIonII patients REFUSE and nurse Connie is worse to I waited for almost two hours to get boost drink she made excuses to change dressing on toe and the biggest LIE she told two training nurse new not to come over to my side I couldn't get medication that day and she brought back a message from the wound care Janine that a black podiatrist was coming to look at my foot that was all crazywrong that is unprofessional saying that to a PATIENT and the wound care Janine put on paper that I requested one she LIED I NEVER said it really all the podiatrist in years was white I had NO problems with them the problems in this facility is the LYING LAZINESS of some update i finally went to appointments in Charleston sc on transport and I found another nursing home in Charleston sc because I need intensive dental work at musc dental building the problem now we have is from management stalling to send a transfer to another nursing facility in Charleston sc basically their lying still trying to keep me in here I also have other appointments at the same hospital right now this the only problem we have is praying this will be the end of all this and go home to Charleston sc

This facility is trying to keep me in here and not do a transfer to another facility in my home town Charleston SC and I need serious dental work at hospital there this place is disrespect disregard management just worrying about that dollar money there are still good people in here and then it's the unskilled unholy unscrupulous unhinged verbal abuse bad workers included unit manager gina is the worst facility smells so bad roaches moving out I just want to go home I give this facility a 1.0 not the 4.1 they got i forget one person in management cancelled my doctor appointment and the transport company claiming they can't pick me up in this facility but I been three times already and can't take to Charleston SC but I have medicaid coverage which medicaid is paying this transport company I can ride to appointments weird I think they got something to do with this facility and told me I can with their transport but I have to pay get ready I not sure but I heard between 1,000 and 2,000 dollars no way nah want to home
