Great way to get ripped off
The SUV we purchased through Millenium Auto started having problems almost a week after we drove it off the lot. it was obvious that they purposely reset the engine codes. it has had every problem from the heater core failing to the engine itself failing and the so-called warranty is basically worthless.
Transmission broke shortly after driving... BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. I purchased a 2011 4 runner shortly after buying the car I started to have Transmission Issues...
Skip to the fun part Im $5,000 extra in debt due to having to replace the whole transmission on my car. This lot sells Lemons. I reached out to Parker and Chad to discuss the problem and Parkers words were "sorry things happen" Yes things do happen parker but a whole new transmission on a lower mileage 4 runner does not just happen. I spoke to 3 different Toyota dealers and they expressed this does NOT happen and in there 15-30+ years of experience have never heard of a Toyota have to have its transmission replaced so soon.
I was told the wrong fluid was poured into my car. I don't know if this is the works of millenniums mechanics or who they buy the lemons from. ALL I DO KNOW IS this is poor business, The customer service is awful. I paid $20k+ to have a car that is now UNSAFE AND UNDRIVEABLE to have Parker and Chad tell me " sorry you should have bought a warranty".
I didn't purchase a car from them to be even more debt , They sell the cars for cheap knowing they have issues. I would NEVER recommended purchasing a car from them. STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE. I will be contacting the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU in Hope I can shut them down.
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL... PLEASE view another review 6 days ago with a lady that has the same issue has to get a whole new transmission.....
weird how "things happen" to soon many people that buys cars from you. FISHY FISHY FISHY.....
Preferred solution: Full refund
Dishonest sketchy dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
My daughter went to them to buy her first car. They sold her a a little SUV that started shaking a few days after she bought it.
They told her to get the tires, and to get it aligned. She took it to Big O and they told her it wasn't the tires that it was most likely the transmission and it was bad. She then took it to Toyota and was told the transmission need to be replaced. They said that the dealership most likely knew about the problem and knowingly sold it to her.
She went back to the dealership and was treated so terrible and left in tears. The basically told her too bad and get out of their office because they didn't want the customers hearing what had happened to her. After looking on the internet we have seen this is VERY common practice with them. They are more concerned in making a dollar and stealing from people come to them to find a good reliable vehicle.
These are horrible dishonest people who don't care what they sell you as long as they get their money. Find a dealership that values people and customer service.
- How they treated my daughter and how dishonest they have been
Preferred solution: They need to split the cost of the transmission repair
Hello Informed Shoppers!!!
I'm reviewing from a shoppers point of view because thankfully I was smart enough to check them out and call before wasting my time or setting my money on fire. When I called the person who answered the phone was ok but couldn't answer any of my questions.
When I asked nicely to speak with Brad or Randy because they came so highly recommended online they hung up on me? The friend who was with me decided to call and had a similar experience. I found a lot of stuff online of course. Nothing about this company is legit.
The real name of this company is Dennis Truck Rental And Sales 2 LLC from Utah. They seem to be in the rental business from what I can tell. Then they do business as Millennium Auto Network who sells *** cars (sort of like worn out rental cars) to retail customers. Oh wait!
Now they rent cars weekly for Uber drivers? So they rent cars under one name like Dennis Truck Rental and Sales 2 or Millenium Auto Share then when the wheels are ready to fall off they sell using another name? I'm no expert but this place just screams shady. These guys are all over the place and it literally is a wonder how they're still in business.
It's pretty obvious somehow they have a hookup with Yelp. All of the reviews they show are 5 stars and sound grammatically like the same over excited person.
Needless to say my first impression wasn't a real good one but I don't need to go through what other customers have to figure out there are better places to buy a car. Or rent a truck.

- No honesty
Preferred solution: Do a better job selling cars or just stick to rentals if that's your business.
Bad news
Bought my car 3 weeks ago kept smelling gas through out the vechile the fuel line was completely corroded through and was told by another shop if i had drove it more that day it would of caught fire. Scary when you are a single parent and work and take your kids to school knowing at any moment you and your children could die because they didnt do a thourough inspection was told i should of bought the warrenty by the owner of the dealership wouldn't help it doesn't cover that issue ...
dont buy from them you might die because they are to lazy to do the job right or even help fix the problem to make it right.
Hope they get the karma deserved shame on you . Your garentee on ypur web site of quality cars that you inspected is ***
Beyond horrible
Chad and his unethical team of stereotypical used car salesmen knowingly sold me an unsafe, mechanically unsound vehicle. i need to mention that I had my child with me when I bought the vehicle, so they knew it wasn't just me they were putting in harms way.
Check engine light came on the day after I bought it. Have tried to call and calmly request that they fix the car to have unreturned phone calls. My trusted family mechanic essentially told me passing this thing on safety and inspection was a dirty dishonest bunch of ***.
They finally fixed only the smallest of problems, leaving the exhaust leak and bad transmission telling me flatly they will NOT fix those problems. Bought the car in July, 2017
Resolved: Steer Clear!!!
I'm not the type to leave reviews but I have to let other know what they can experience from Millenium Auto. First off, left me say that the guys that work there are fairly decent at first. But once they have your sale, they couldn't care less about you. I bought a truck from them less than a month ago. The truck seemed great and I decided to purchase it after doing a bit of research. The first couple days were great, things started to go downhill.
The steering column and front suspension began to creak and clunk so I decided to take it into a mechanic (this is less than two weeks in mind you). They kept it for a few hours and called me back stating that multiple pieces of the front suspension, steering column, and wheel bearings were failing and needed to be replaced soon. They also stated that they found extreme rust in the engine bay and the interior of the frame. The shop said that there was nothing they could do about the rust but said that the truck doesn't have a long life ahead of it. This is a 2007 mind you!
After all was said and done they quoted me just under $1,500 for repairs. I thought that was excessive and took it to another shop, where I was quoted even more. I called Millenium for help and they refused any assistance, and frankly, were quite rude. Once I drove it off the lot it wasn't their problem. Multiple times they told me they would call me back and never did. I assume they did that so they could get me off the phone. Unbelievably poor customer service.
So I'm now stuck with a broken down truck and am over $13,000 in the hole, not including the future repairs. I don't even want to think about the problems the rust may cause.
My advice? Steer clear. All they want is your money and once you're off the lot, their hands are clean.

Millenium Auto Network Customer Care Review
These guys are awesome. We have purchased 3 cars from them and each car and experience has been wonderful.
Low pressure sales, great prices, and quality cars. We will definitely refer everyone we know to Millenium.
Dont like this dealer

i take it to toyota dealer. they said you have hole in radiator and likage of coolant.they show me everything.
as once car had a accident and due to accident my factory warranty is useless. i paid 750 dollar to fix it.never buy car from this dealer.almost all car have been in accident but never trust the carfax of this dealor.stay away from this dealer
Dishonest Sales Practices
I purchased a 2007 Acura MDX from Milennium Auto and have had nothing but costly auto repairs since purchasing. Within the first week, the catalytic converter, air conditioner, and brakes needed to be fixed.
Since then, I have replaced or fixed the sway bar, power steering pump, hands free link (it would not shut off and kept draining my battery to the point it would not shut off ), and most recently the DRL system. When I purchased the car from the dealership, the showed me the carfax and it showed no accidents. Once I started having significant problems with the vehicle, I went to Carmax and had them pull another Carfax. It showed 2 accidents, 1 resulting in frame damage.
They misrepresented the vehicle to sell at top dollar and in doing so, I am driving 5 children around in an unsafe car and paying for repairs I cannot afford.
What a horrible way to do business. Somebody needs to shine the light on their predatory business practices.
Paid Cash 3 months ago and no title yet..
Ok, so get this, this is how *** I am, and therefore I\'m going to make it up to Millenium Auto Network. I guess they did send me the title but it was registered mail so I had to be home to sign for it...
I wasn\'t home... The mail man came to my house 3 times and then they send the letter back.... ouch!!!!!.... seriously post office.
I will apologize and I will make this better with millenium... Yes, you did your part... yes the car was as advertise...
yes...I screwed up... Sorry...
Purchased Toyota Landcruiser from Millenial Auto in Draper. Paid over 12K Cash for it.
They promised title in the mail the following week. 3 months later still no title. Travis Ward says they will mail it but has not. Now they don't answer my calls.
I can't drive the car because I have no title and an expire temporary tag. They are screwing me over and think there is nothing I can do about it. They are not being honest and not communicating with me.
I do not recommend them to anyone unless they make true on their word.
Buy from Millenium Auto Network - Fantastic Experience!
We were looking to replace our van with something newer and nicer, so I started researching online. I visited a couple of dealerships and had to deal with pushy salespeople, and cars that were not the great value I was looking for. The dealerships didn't have what I was looking for at the price, so they would try to push me into something I didn't want because it was cheaper. From my online research I came across Millenium Auto Network and couldn't believe the deals they were doing on their cars. So I went down there and their salespeople were very helpful and friendly with low pressure. We ended up purchasing a van from them and got the van $3,000 under book value and it was the best deal in the United States.
It was low pressure and we enjoyed sitting and chatting with them in a low pressure situation. The car has been wonderful and we have enjoyed it for our family trip. To top things off, they beat the rate I had with my credit union for financing and saved me even more money.
I definitely recommend Millenium Auto Network and will definitely be back in the future and will be sending friends and family.
Don't buy a care from Millenium Auto Network
Millenium Auto Network is a dishonest dealer. 90% of the cars they sale have frame damage (involved in a serious accident).
These cars are clearly classified as frame damage vehicles at nationwide dealer auto auctons. Because these vehicles are classified as frame damage (been in a serious accident)Millenium is able to purchase these vehicles at a significant discount. They know these vehicles have frame damage but they don't tell you. They claim that their business model is to sale a high volume of cars at very low margins - giving you a good deal.
However, their "real" business model is to sale a lot of frame damaged vehicles at a significant markup - netting them a lot of profits and leaving you stuck with a car that is not worth what you paid for it.
Stay as far away from Millenium Auto Network as you can!!!!!!!! You are not getting a good deal.
Sold me a car with underlying issues
I am very unhappy with Millenium. I bought a 2007 Honda accord with 40,000 miles. I wanted something low miles that will be reliable. Our agreement when I bought the car was that the battery light would be taken care of. as I drove it off the lot after buying it, the light was on. At first they were friendly, had me bring the car back to fix it and reassured me (multiple times) they would take care of it. I took the car back, they "fixed" it, the same day I picked it up the engine light came on. They "fixed" it, the next day the battery light came on again. They quit answering mine and my Dad's calls once my check cleared. They had told me before I bought it that I had 7 days to return if it I wasn't happy. However, when I said I wanted to do that, they had quit responding. Later that week (last week) I driver the car an hour and a half, the battery light came on and the car quit. The whole reason I bought the car was reliability and it was not reliable. I had also bought the 5 yr/100,000 mile warranty that "is like buying a new car", it "covers everything bumper to bumper". I took the car to the dealer the beginning of this week, and they don't cover this problem.
I feel I have been ripped off. This was clearly a problem while they had the car, but they acted like they didn't know anything about it, even though the light was on when I test drove it.
I wish I wouldn't have ever stepped foot in there; it has turned into an expensive, ongoing nightmare. I would never go back.
MILLENIUM AUTO NETWORK, Draper, UT, LIES- DO NOT BUY
Do not buy a car from MIllenium Auto Network. There prices seem better than you find elsewhere because they conceal issues with the cars.
When you discover the problems, they deny knowledge of any issues & refuse to work with you/compensate in anyway, leaving you on the hook for costly repairs. These are issues that would be reported by a previous owner on any trade-in and assuredly result in Millenium pricing the car lower. Millenium is your typical shyster, used car dealers!!! They have no business ethic or integrity in working.
After reporting our problem to the owner, Ben, & being promised a call back by owner, no call ever came. After WE had to call back, the owner would not speak with us & left it to his minion salesman, Lindsey, to give us the brush off. They didn't care about our dissatisfaction or coming to any amicable agreement. THEY JUST CARE ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY IN THEIR POCKETS ANYWAY THEY CAN.
CHEAT LIE & STEAL.
Shame on them! Don't make the same mistake we made & steer clear of MILLENIUM AUTO NETWORK.
