Millbrook Excavating bda Bruce Mcdonald Campton NH

This man conned a veteran and his family out of thousands of dollars. He abandoned a residential home project and now we need to pay someone else to finish the work that we paid him to do. He was hired to do the excavating for our new home and told us that it would take about 2 weeks depending on the weather. Well, he started in July of 2009 and broke dozens of promises to come back and finish. We paid him almost twice the contract amount as he was cunning, munipulitive and at times very intimidating. This guy is a real charmer, but cuts like a knife. Don't let Bruce Mcdonald dba MIllbrook Excavating in Campton, NH do this to your family. He truly has no regard or compassion for others.

Next on the agenda, Kelly Bolger said that Bruce McDonald is bringing in more

material to the site on King Road. The Planning Board discussed the Site Plan for

Bruce McDonald. The board decided to send Bruce McDonald a letter stating that

the site plan should be completed, including embankment stabilization, for the

December 8, 2009 meeting. The Planning Board will be recommending a bond for

any outstanding incomplete work, to the Selectmen.

Selectman Morgan discussed some Planning Board issues which involved some work not

being completed by Bruce McDonald. The Board suggested that Mr. McDonald be

invited to the next Selectmen’s Meeting to discuss, and Ann Marie will arrange it.

The rest of his family lives in Washington state. The must not think much of him either.

We need to get this phony out of buisness.

yes, he is a phony !

Selectman Morgan

indicated that Mr. McDonald has been busy on the site since their last Selectmen’s

Meeting, but he expressed concern about Mr. McDonald misinforming the Board

concerning the power pole not being relocated until the foundation was in. The power

company indicated that they did not make that statement. Selectman Keeney expressed

his concerns about quality of material and workmanship being performed on the site.

Selectman Morgan indicated that the pit where Bruce McDonald has been filling in and

shoring up the sides had some major problems from the heavy rain over the weekend. He

said that the tiers should have been at least mulched and vegetation planted to reinforce

the area. He also said that surveyor John March indicated that it has not been done as he

designed it, and he will not sign off on it. Selectman Morgan volunteered to go and

speak with Mr. McDonald with the other Board Members approval.

The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m. with the next scheduled meeting for June 21, 2010
