Mill cleaners doesn't know how to alter men's pants. They completely botched an alteration and instead of being apologetic they became belligerent. The attendant, possibly the manager then had the audacity to tell me I was wasting his time. I have not seen such terrible customer service on quite some time. It is not only bad business it leads to consumers using sotes like this to let others know so they don't make the same mistake.
