The product remains in the tube but cannot get the rest out. It is expensive for such a short period of time that it can be used. Product remains in the tube and I have about twenty of them now. Your customer service said to bang it but that only gets the product out in my counter which is of no help.
This is an expensive product that cannot be totally used. Its unfortunate that it does such a good job while it works which is why I keep purchasing it every few weeks.
