Large milk bones large box
- - I've bought milk bones for my animals for 50 years.
- - This box has more broken bones than whole ones.

Ive been buying milk bones for my animals for the last 50 years. but this time, Im really disappointed when I opened the box of bones.
Theres more broken ones in there is whole ones thats totally unacceptable. Isnt there anything you can do?

- - Chat was rushed and closed early.
- - I was asked to pay a fee with a credit card.
- - Rep Elaine forced me to pay more and I got a defective product.
I was rushed through an online chat. I told the rep my issue and she instantly sent a link to "complete " my resolution and closed the chat before I was finished.
So I clicked the link and the 1st thing it asked for was my credit card number to pay a fee if I wanted to continue. I was beyond mad and frustrated. I couldn't go back into the chat to ask about it. I couldn't open a new chat.
They offered no email contact address, that i could see. I was stuck, forced to pay or...oh well. The reps name was Elaine. So I bought an inferior, defective product.
When I chatted to get help, I my only course of action was to pay MORE money to resolve the issue.
Absolutely *** and maybe criminal. I wasn't a "pissed" customer before I called, but I am so much more than that now.

- - We bought ur marrobone large stuffed treats, not the small ones.
- - The treats made both dogs ill, required vet care, and they are on medicine.
My dogs always get new treats we bought ur marrobone treats not the small ones the large ones and the stuffed treats it made both my dogs deathly ill i had to take them to the vet and now there on medicine im going to contact a lawyer did they get recalled or something they had diarhea then pooping blood with the treat

She was playing with her ball and her lip got stuck in it. Had to take her to vet to the tune of $143. She was panicked so bad, all she did was cry and shake.
