Never got my delivery
- - FedEx delivered the order to the wrong home yesterday.
- - I spent over $60 on the i truffles and need a callback ASAP.
My order was delivered by FedEx yesterday, but they delivered it to the wrong home. Im not quite sure where they delivered it to, but it did not come to my home.

I am a Milk Bar fan and repeat customer. This last experience was not a good one.
I placed my order timely for a scheduled delivery on 10-25-2024. The address was correct and there was someone in the office ALL DAY on Friday to receive the delivery. When we contacted OnTrac repeatedly and they had no good reason for the delivery being delayed. We were told that due to the "perishable" nature of the cake, they would not reschedule the delivery the next day.
It sure would be nice to get someone on the phone.
My number is 305-333-****. At a minimum, i would like a full refund ($77.00). Or, have it reshipped to me. And to assuage my total and utter disappointment and frustration, you could throw in a crack pie!

By the way, I'm not a "pi...ed consumer" ... just disappointed and looking to have it rectified.
I am a business owner and I know these things happen.

Preferred solution: My delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond The MilkBar Store's control. They replied IMMEDIATELY to my issue and offered a full refund. I am not out to "get" anything.

I am grateful to have the high level of gifting and shipping options from the MilkBar store. My enthusiastic recommendation to future customers is Don't hesitate to order from Milk Bar!

On May 27th, ordered a cake and truffles to be delivered on June 10th. It is June 11th and I've received nothing but advertising emails from this company.
I tried to call - voicemail. I emailed - will hear from them in a few days.
I've received nothing - no shipping info, no tracking info, absolutely nothing. At this point the celebration has passed, will never order from them again.
