I purchased their products once and I receive it. I did not make any monthly order due my return to singapore.

My colleague in texas told me that she received a bill amounting to $90 usd. I went to log in to make payment but the system prompt for postal code and the system only recognise US postal code.

I have return to my country and there is no way I have US postal code and im just stuck here. I send about 5 emails and no respond.

Some of these previous reviews seem suspicious. My review goes back.They completely showed lack of interest in my business so I purchase my Cadillac at other place at WAY better deal.

BEWARE of Horrible Service Department.

My major issue has been how they try to always do what they can to squeeze every last penny out of you at the Service Dpt. Always, have a double check at another place if they "recommend" extra work. If they mess up, they will do what they can to justify a new charge against you. You may be offer a 10% "discount" of their maintenance svc under their conditions.

Although, costumer etiquette shows small improvement it does little to what they are there to do to take every extra of your income that they can for. Be ready for extra fraudulent repair & charges.
