- - Pants were two sizes smaller than marked and defective.
- - Ads promise 100% satisfaction and refunds within 30 days, but there was no response or refund.
Several emails were sent, phone calls were made, and NO response from anything. The guarantee of 100% satisfaction is BS. Do not order from this company if you see the names of the companies shown below associated with the Military Best pants.
Ordered the Military Best pants April 14, 2019. Received pants on May 10, 2019.
The pants was missed marked for size and was defective. The pants was 2 sizes smaller than what it was marked. The defective part of the pants was *** already in one of the pockets. Their ad says they will give you 100 % satisfaction and they will give a refund within 30 days of the initial order.
I contacted the customer service at least twice through the email address that is noted. There was NO response. I researched the various company names that are associated with the Military Best order and found the names of Awesung, LOKA, and HandHold Tech Ltd. Sent emails to each company name and NO response.
I made a phone call to Awesung associated with Military Best and talked to a man who said he had no control of my order. His company was just a U.S. distributor for the parent company in China. It is a SMOKE SCREEN.
If you are not satisfied with your pants order if your pants are defective you are out of luck. It is too bad when a company says they will give you 100% satisfaction and then they do not even acknowledge that you exist.
My recommendation is do not buy anything from this company. When you see an ad for Military Best pants delete it
