HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stay away …far away. Don't waste your money! To make a long story short, I stumbled across MILIPOWER when I was looking to buy a battery case for my iphone. I never heard of them before, but their prices seemed reasonable, and their products seemed cool from their website so I thought why not? I went ahead and ordered a case that was suppose to be "˜designed to offer extra power, doubling your battery life, and add a sleek protective barrier onto your iphone. At first I was a little undecided about what type of style I should get and even skeptical so I drafted an email to customer service, who took 3 weeks to respond…they did respond…3 weeks later!!- why even bother? Of course instead of waiting three weeks I went against my better judgment and brought the case, on their website…..When I received my product, I was first severely annoyed by the fact that it seemed to take forever to get here, when I opened it the packaging was torn and i could tell right away the case is made from an extremely cheap type of material, it hardly fits my phone properly and honestly makes my phone seem slippery and harder to hold. There is also no rubber to protect the front of the phone so if I do drop the phone it completely defeats the purpose of the case being able to offer protection. I contacted customer service attempting a refund and never heard back from them! Now I'm stuck with a completely useless cover for my phone, that offers little protection and I hardly see a difference in the battery life. I may as well drove down the road and threw $70.00 out the window and my iphone with it. I don't know where this company came from, or where it is going, but to me all it seems like is poorly made products made from imported material that they are attempting to sell at an over priced US dollar. Their target audience is the naive American buyers who think they are getting a well made savvy new product but what they are really getting is cheap plastic, some guy is probably widdling together in his basement then sell it for 100's of dollars. Their website is a total illusion making the product appear what it is not. Buyer Beware! not promoting the site just showing where not to go!
