After paying my credit card bill the app was still saying my bill was late and due immediately and I received a email hours later telling me the same thing and once I called the rep could not explain to me why it was saying that but she seen that my payment was paid on her end. Please update your system

Our air conditioning went out a week ago and Milestone has been out to my home three times and still hasn't fixed it after paying over $700 and a subscription service. They even promised to give us window units till the problem is fixed and they broke that promise.
Horrible, horrible customer service. Finally got fed up with Milestone and canceled anything and everything I was paying them for. They are professional looters and a scam business.
Never will use Milestone again and will ACTIVELY dissuade anyone from using them for anything. Reported Milestone to the Better Business Bureau and any other agency that will help prevent anyone else from using them.
