Owners

Let me start by saying, as a customer, I love miles! They have unique items to choose from old & new, however, I would never recommend being employed by this establishment. I can say from experience that the owners of Miles care nothing about their employees but instead belittle them & wrongfully terminate hardworking employees for no reason but for their own selfish gain. It’s honestly sad & disappointing that an amazing store like miles has such greedy & narcissistic owners. 10/10 rating for the sales staff..-3/10 rating for Bill & Diane Campbell. (the owners of this business) Happy shopping

Owners work hard at providing affordable spaces for small businesses. I have been to many vendor malls and Miles Antique Mall is by far The best in Florida. Huge selection in all price ranges.

Employees at this so called antique gallery are a joke. They do not offer to help and when you ask for help they know nothing about the products or location of items. Usually too busy talking amongst themselves and hanging around the front desk in a group taking about their night out.Avoid this "store."

This is the future of shopping!! Recycled, refurbished and repurposed items help keep the environment clean and green!

I love this place! I think it is the future for all shopping needs for the home. how better to keep things green than to reuse old items and repurpose them!? there is just about everything you can imagine in this store. it is quite overwhelming but you can find some very unique items as well as hard to find collectibles and even some new and trendy items made from repurposed and refurbished items! make a girls day out of it and go to Miles with a friend! it's a great experience! Wonderful place to find that special well thought out gift for someone. I recently purchased an old antique toy that brought back fond childhood memories for my brother for his birthday! My sisters loved it too!

Where are the Antiques

If you are serious about looking for antiques to buy, do not go here. It is more of a boutique than antique store. They have lots of homemade crafts, candles, items like Vera Bradley and other foo foo. I read their description about being the largest antique mall in FL and expected to spend at least a couple of hours looking at antiques. I was out of there in 1/2 hour, what a disappointment. I stopped at maybe 4 booths to look at what I would call antiques. Luckily there are several other real antique stores close by which were really antique stores.

"Florida's Largest Antique Mall" offers more than Antiques! 65,000 sq feet of wonderful selections! There is approx 25000 sq ft of antiques.

There is a difference between Antique Mall and Antique store.

No matter what it is called I love this store!!

I think this consumer is confusing an antique mall with an antique store. Antique stores deal in antiques only (which by definition must be 100 years old or older), they purchase their own inventory, and they mark this inventory up and sell it for a profit.

Antique malls rent space to vendors, and the vendors run their own small business inside the location. Antique malls do not necessarily carry just antiques, but a variety of products both new and old. The name "antique mall" is a bit confusing, but nevertheless that's what they're called.

Perhaps the term "vendor mall" is more accurate, but they are known all over the country as "antique malls", so I used the same term for the sake of familiarity.

We had a wonderful experience shopping in the largest antique mall in Florida. It does take time to walk through. We were treated with free cake and drinks as we walked through the mall, which was a wonderful touch! It took us several hours plus to go through the place. The vendors have beautiful merchandise, and very well priced. They have everything- furniture, clothing, art, home decor, custom woodwork, fine art, glassware, and more We enjoyed the shopping experience and will be Back! Thank you Miles Antique Mall- you are the best we have seen, and we frequent many antique malls.

Beware of Miles Furniture /Miles Galleries in Pensacola, FL

I started a layaway and paid a deposit for some furniture from Miles Furniture and Bedding at 5109 bayou Blvd in Pensacola, Florida. When I paid the remainder of the balance due, I walked through the sales floor to find that my couch had never been taken off of the sales floor and had been damaged. After bringing the damage to the attention of the sales clerk and asking for a refund in full she called her boss (Perry) and said the best they could do is to offer me half of my refund and claimed the damage was pre existing and sold as is. This furniture never left their store. Stay far away from this business, they do not care about customer satisfaction.

Miles Antique Mall does not the products that are purchased at the store. Each vendor has a right to negotiate with a customer as they choose.

Miles did try to negotiate between vendor and customer. Item was tagged as is, and there is a no return policy up front by the registers.

We do all we can to please customers, but products that do not belong to us need to be negotiated between the vendor and customer. We are truly sorry a compromise could not be reached.

Please visit our Facebook page for great reviews, and pictures of the great selections these local vendors has.

We have 65,000 sq ft of gorgeous antiques, new furniture, consigned furniture, custom, boutique clothes, local art and more!

Have a Beautiful Day!
